- Energy Research Focus: We are designing transition-metal complexes for electrocatalytic reactions related to energy storage and conversion, including the reduction of water and carbon dioxide and the oxidation of liquid fuels. We are also developing new materials with light-switchable properties for controlled heterogeneous catalysis and optoelectronic devices.
